Made it so you can't fire the weapons from the TIE Phantom while cloaked.

Added:
- TIE Defender
- TIE Phantom spawn menu pic
- TIE Phantom cloaking

Fixed:
- TIE Phantom code
- TIE/ETA 2 code

Added the TIE/Eta 2 (its kinda a beta since not all features have been added)

Changed some of the textures as well as some details.

Increased the size of the thrusters.
