Added a whitelist.
To add players to the whitelist, open MinimumLevel.ini in a text editor, look for MinimumLevel.MinimumLevel section and add "WhiteList=(SteamID64="STEAMID64HERE",Name="NAMEHERE")" below it. You can add as many WhiteList entries as you want.

As an example:
[MinimumLevel.MinimumLevel]
WhiteList=(SteamID64="76561198027951017",Name="Dazuz")
WhiteList=(SteamID64="76561198123456789",Name="Example")

Note: name can be absolutely anything, and it's only there for you to keep track of who's who.
