As requested by several people:
- Added ability to accept ghillie wraps.
- Added black varient.

-Fixes ready for 1.05.
-Added damage states (pristine, worn, damaged, b.damaged, ruined) for all components.
-Made stuff more betterer.

Added 15 round ammo box for .408 cheytac rounds

Added a second optic which zeros, 100 to 1400m, class name is M200ZeroingOptic

Noticed wrong bullet classname in ammo config, don't know if it'll fix anything

Changed some stuff where the scope was a new optic slot only fitting onto the cheytac, nowing its just weaponoptichunting. Think this could have been the error.

Reduced the mag size from 3x3 to 2x2
