Fixed "Tried to use a NULL entity!" error that occurred when a player vanished with no weapons.

Fixed in-game Server Config under "RTTM Custom - Settings" so they now are configurable.

Removed BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEEEEEEEP death sound when vanished.

Added a way to change volume of the count down timer for server restarts.
