Fixed the link to a static object error that was caused because of a update to Arma!

With the latest update they finished building up the stadium where sniper A was in a crane! So seeing the crane is not there anymore he fell to his death every time the mission was started, he is now somewhere in the stadium save and sound! The mission is updated to the latest update code, BUT DONT USE THE DEVELOPER VERSION! This version is known to bug out missions from the normal version!

*Removed targets Echo from the random positions script seeing the spotter liked to play hide & seek.

*Removed Ifrit at B seeing the Officer liked to take a nap in it.*
