bug fixes

- Updated for 1.10.1
- Empire has two new focuses involving the diplomatic subjugation of Romania and removal of the guarantees on Turkey
- Any minor nation in the world can now be converted to imperialism IF there is a player in said nation(AI Can't change), that being said the coop options for Tarkin's puppet nations aren't really needed anymore and i may remove them.
- New generic Portraits (i think?)

Stuff to fix:
- First Order TIE Fighter is currently weaker than regular TIE Fighter
- Remove stats from planes that don't do that stuff
- Women in workforce is still not available
- AA and AT Support companies don't exist

Updated the mod again V1.3.4
- Coop Mode SHOULD have no issues now. Decisions were fixed. Unique 'generic' focus trees for the coop puppets appear again.
- Moved around the focus trees a bit so that you don't have to scroll down so much. Some focuses were consolidated
- Some Focus effects changed, reconstructing the ship path now includes nuclear advancements meaning you can have access to nukes.

Fixed most bugs that were stated within the bugs-and-issues channel including:
- Imperial Bombers are now considered strategic bombers so they should be able to use nukes now.
- Last two techs of speeders are properly considered Speeders instead of light tanks
- Flag for Saudi Puppet should now be the correct one
- Fixed imperial military appearing multiple times
- Northern and Southern perimeter should now properly get bonuses from focuses.

Some balance changes including:
- Tarkin now gets a 0.02% compliance gain allowing him to establish collaborationist governments with ease. (DLC ONLY)
- Varied buffs instead of getting 5 bonuses of 5% extra army organization.

Support equipment was reducing movement speed, it shouldn't anymore
