Reworked the AT ammo for the ion rifle.

Pushed branch Development to main.

Adds a Tau Pulse Repeater. Basically just a Tau lmg.
Most infantry stuff has been rebalanced to vanilla levels using armor, damage and caliber values from vanilla vests, helmets and ammo types.
A lot of code cleaning in the old code.
Probably something else I forgot about.
