Another small update for the High Elves: Archer officers now use bow and arrow like other archers. Eagle Claw Bolt Thrower officers had to change gear to make this happen. Let me know if there's any weirdness with the new version.

Uploaded a minor update: High Elf spear infantry officers now use spears, while both Swordmasters of Hoeth and White Lions are lead by an elite Swordmaster of Hoeth.
