-- Fixed Sound Errors
-- Cant pickup items when you already have them
-- Dropping med/adrenaline uses ammo now
-- If you drop Medkit, it will be stripped from you

--FIX: You can no longer switch to another weapon while using Adrenalines and Medkits functions.
--Adrenaline now has 1 shot, Medkit has 3 Adrenaline shots for you to use.
