Increased the price of the valuable cards to the max of 200, since apparently I didn't save the .xml before uploading the last update!

Demand values were waaay too low! New values have more than doubled (with the exception of valuable cards; intended to keep their demand low as they would only be sought after by collectors and tend to be unaffordable by most players)
