- New update completely changed how this mod works. A new occupation policy has been added, which completely erases resistance and raises compliance levels to the maximum in all territories occupied by you.

- The previous system, which applied debuffs to resistance globally (even for AI), has been removed.

- AI collaboration governments should now not be possible because of this mod (they are possible, but only in the 'natural' way because AI can't use the new policy).
