recruited yt doctors (becomes water attributed general) can equip spears now

More options added so that even though generals' attribute background can change after being recruited, he/she can still equip anything that was available to his/her original background!! (this is actually quite difficult for me to figure out, hope you guys like it)

portrait fixed using ceo groups.
basically now general's armor stay intact even when his background attribute changes (due to joining YT faction)

Edited to allow recruitment at a priority of low number (which means low priority from what I've seen). This actually helps with recruiting yellow turban heros/generals.
