Adjusted route to avoid "Warmaker Dungeon"

Changed the color of the "black" trails so they are now white.
Storm now random's the direction it moves along the route.
Adjusted storm route so it doesn't double back on itself causing stange effects to the east.
Adjusted the effects when inside the storm.
Adjusted sky fade effects. (distance and fade).
