- Fixed the way the Extra Mags item stacks charges

- Compatibility now automated at initialization (Thanks Musashi)

- Enemies now have configurable limited reloads and toss ammo ability (AI not setup for tossing ammo yet)

- Added exclusion list for those that want to exclude certain weapons from having limited reloads

- X2CommunityHighlander now required
