Support for WoS added

Reworked slave buildings; they provide several bonuses and decrease slave population by selling slaves.

Slave buildings: Lower decrease to work with the Slave mod.
Greek water buildings reworked.

Fixed a bug in effects for barbaric industry buildings where percentage bonuses were absolute.
They now provide +5%/10%/15% mining income instead of +5/10/15 income through mining.
