Changed satisfaction again:

Now han empire characters start with -5 satisfaction (present to make it easier to see if the mod is working)

After 10 turns this penalty increases to -50.

Changed satisfaction penalty:

After 20 turns from the start of the campaign, -30 satisfaction penalty will apply to the Han Empire.

After 40 turns from the start of the campaign, -100 satisfaction penalty will apply to the Han Empire.

set satisfaction penalty to -100... characters have to leave the han after 25 turns right?

Increased upkeep penalty in response to last update that reduced ai character upkeep across the board, now the han empire hopefully won't recruit as many characters again.

Increased delayed satisfaction penalty to -30.

Added back -20 delayed satisfaction penalty.
