New Faction created for wandering squads. Now your actions will be affect your relation with that faction. If you take them to your city for free you'll earn relation, if you collect taxes unnecessary you'll lose relation.

Dialogues are changed to make them fit with hiring all of squad to city since I can't make them guard alone. But also added new dialogue tree while they are citizen of you, you can go and talk with them to recruit them or collect taxes. But collecting taxes unnecessarily will reduce your relation with them.

Dialogue has chances become guaranteed! Answer has a permanent chances atm. 70% for all agrees. except settlers free joining cities.
What we got with this update:
You can now hire citizen and guards as mercenaries to become citizen of your city. You may let them live for a week and get 5 Laxi or you may let them live for a long time and get 10 Laxi or maybe free them to live there or may get them in your squad. All of them has agree and disaggree chances. (Some guaranteed because of conversations.) Will work on this system more.
Known bugs:
once you hire any citizen entire squad become citizen of your town so better get your squad first who you want then hire them. Will work on this.

Having chance of Dialogue on Guardians and Settlers walking around town has been set to 75% from 50%.

Bank's storage has been fixed. Can store up to 10K Laxi which worths 100K cat.

Inventory sizes of Bank has been fixed.

Money Station MKII had wrong number of max limit on Laxi. It has been set to 1.000 Laxi.

Bank has been added to STORAGE place to keep your Laxi's ^^

Laxi's balance set, and starting money reduced to .c5.000

Game Start money reduced to .c6.000
but few amount of Laxi given to the characters.
