- Guardians of the Celestial Empire got their old mixed missile formation back, I switched to the new form added with the 1.4 patch but noticed that it only gives charge negation, not reflection which is silly for a polearm unit

- CA changed the values that told the game how well a unit performs in autoresolve, they used to be within a range of 1-10 and now they go up to 13200, so I changed the unit values to match that
