Major update
Reconstructed this mod to support more characters and both game modes.
Also increased the compatibility.

Support Mandate of Heaven. He Jin, Zhang Jue, Zhang Bao, Zhang Liang, Liu Chong, Lu Zhi, Guo Jia, Jia Xu, Pang Tong, Diao Chan and Huang Gai can get their unique units in romance mode. Ma Teng and Ma Chao can get the new Qiang units. Support for record mode will be added later this week.

Fixed Ma Teng can't recruit his unique units in romance mode.

Added descriptions of what units can be unlocked by the skill in characters' skill tree. Now it ill be much easier to know how to unlock the unit. Be sure to use the English sub-mod!

However, a bad news is that I have to edit ceo file if I want to add unique skill tree for new characters added in 1.3 or old characters, and this will cause huge compatible problem. As a result, I decide to wait and see if CA will do anything
to the ceo file compatible issue as the development blog said.

Support 1.3 (actually it is still the same file)
I haven't add units for the new 4 characters yet. Sadly they don't have unique skill so I will need to add new skill tree for them. At the same time, I am also planing to add unique skill tree for legendary characters that don't have one in order to support all legendary characters. However, this may take some time, I just start my master degree so I can't really promise a date yet, but I promise I will keep updating all my mods.

Support record mode
Unique character can get their special units by unlock the center skill in the skill tree and reach corresponding level. Sun Quan, Yuan Shu, Gongsun Zan and Kong Rong don’t have their own skill tree so they don’t have access to this feature for now. New record mode campaign is required or some characters in existing campaign may miss some skill points. Due to I edited the skill trees of unique characters, this mod may conflict with mod that edited the same skill node. Will support Eight Princes in next week.
