Pacifist ethos seemed to be a little OP, so I've moved it's growh bonus to Xenophobes.

1. After some consideration I've decided to keep Altruist/Egoist naming for the ethics.

2. Basic bonus for Altruist ethos was changed to Happiness. Pacifist ethos, instead of Happiness, now gets bonus to Resource Production.

3. I re-considered my last changes to "Stratified Economy" living standards, when I allowed it for Authoritarians. I believe that being named "Stratified Economy" it refers mainly to stratification by level of wealth, which in turn results is stratification by political power. Thus, in the context of my mod, I consider it only as Fanatic Egoist/non-Libertarian issue. Totalitarian faction will not be demanding "Stratified Economy" - this demand is move to Entrepreneurs faction, which will be happy in case of any form economic stratification, whether it be minor (Decent) or major (Stratified Economy), or Academic Privilege.

4. Because Totalitarian faction seems to be stripped out of valuable demands recently, I added some new demands for them:

1) They will demad limited use of Drugs and Personal Weapons
2) They will be happy for a number of pro-authoritarian civics, such as Police State, Aristocratic Elite, Slaver Guilds and so on

5. New Civics:

1) Societal Symbiots - xenophilic version of Syncretic Evolution
2) Slave Race - xenophobic version of Syncretic Evolution

6. New Government form, especially for the ne civic: Multicultural Democracy (xenophile + Societal Symbiots + democracy)
