-Made it easier for neutrals to interact with the city.
-Added more dialog

-Edited city.
-Added a new citizen game start (still in development)

-split the squad up, so you have to find the main members around town.
-forced names and ranks for the squad
-squad members are characters.
-added custom buildings
-added a few models
-heavy dialog fixes and expansion
