Fixed hive request timeout handling.

So now all plugins based on hive data won't kick all ppl anymore when hive is down

Reworked the Api Class "PlayerInfohub".

- It uses now less Http-requests to fetch the players info.
- It queries http-request so only one is processing each time.
- Only querry http-requests if the given data is really needed.

- Fixed that ns2stats did not work if it was loaded after mapload
- Hopefully finally fixed the crash at mapload issue
