Fixed the bug that dropped marine weapons didn't got destroyed after 30 secs.

(I will rewrite the droppack log system at a later date as im really unhappy with it atm.)

Another time to optimze the logsend-system.
This should improve performance at servers with alot of players

- Needs Badges meets Bindable mod!
