Added Bloom for slight light flare effect and realism.

-Removed snow: Wanted to focus more attention to the cityscape and Homura herself on the crane, which I felt the snow distranced from and somewhat hurt the sense of distance.

-colored more buildings and tweaked audio responsive levels. I also added a slight pulsing effect to the light on the building, that the crane is attached to.

-Tweaked Lighting reflections on Homura.

-Tweaked Cloud coloring and direction

-Added in a mutli colored pulse effect to the sky/stars to give it some more life and feeling.
