Dynamite is now working. Fixed a bug with it and stealing.
Fixed a bug on finding rotation of tiles. Had to write better function to round to even 0/90/180/270.

Major Update: Added Income report. Works with base + expansion buildings, high income buildings, and player stealing. Assumes tiles are in correct rotations. Manual work still needed for some abilities.
