- Racial Governance military 1 no longer give Round Attack. Instead Undead slayer available for all Infantry.
- Economical Racial Goverance has been rearanged. Mystical cities upgrades has been moved down to RG 4-5 and giving more bonuses on end game.
- New Economical tier for Racial goverance 3.
- War Elephant racial goverance changed and moved trample ground to bronze rank instead.

The Rmg levelgenerator could not acknowledge the Royal Tent Dwelling and crashed due to not being set to spawn for independents. Now it does and no longer crashes the game on generation.

Both scenario 4a and 4b share some problems and the victory condition might be broken in some occasions. So it's update towards the last dialouge.

- Put up a sign somewhere on scenario 4a. The Drakar canyon is locked and should be locked on Reynalds run.
