Made the roofs not give the 'need to be outdoors' penalty the same as mountainous roof. The penalty for steel and solar roofs is the same as regular constructed roofs. The transparent roofs have the least 'need to be outdoors' penalty out of all the roofs.

Changed AutoBuildRoof option functionality.

ON: The buildroof and removeroof designators work just as vanilla does. Placing the new thick roofs will cancel the designators however.

OFF: The buildroof and removeroof designators are only temporary until the roof is build is constructed then go away. The colonists will not build thin roofs when they complete construction of a room.

Bug fixed in remove roof and build roof designators were not being removed when you place a thick roof over them and also fixed removal of designators in collapses.

Refined the roof collapse functions to trim down unnecessary complex code and improve performance.

Fixed pawn idle/lag issue with constructing roofs.
Fixed helper functions that had missing roof/thing defs, which would cause problems.
Building these roofs uses same building code Tynan uses to construct roofs to calculate distance to roof support.
