Fixed Error with timer block

Added two Trade Stations with Store for IMDC, one will fly past like cargo ship and stop when 750 meters in range of it and others will spawn up as you travel in space only these station will only show up if rep with faction is -500 to +1500 with able to buy more and sell more to them as rep increases with IMDC.

Added Hover Thruster Mod Encounters,Added Ice sphere Asteroid,And more Stations Fly by.
