Version 1.0.2b: big bad bugfix update!

* Fixed each online player almost never getting their expression updated when they first spawn.

* Properly fixed Hat Kid's eyes sometimes becoming permanently closed after expressing "Hurt" until another expression is made.

* Related to the above fix, the first attempt to fix Hat Kid's eyes being closed is what caused Bow Kid to often have her eyes become permanently closed. With this new proper fix, this should no longer happen to Bow Kid.

* Fixed all costume faces resetting when Online Party Plus is not installed or enabled.

* Fixed Shadow Puppet's face resetting occasionally when Online Party Plus is enabled.

* Fixed Bow Kid's expressions resetting occasionally.

Reverted attempted fix for bow kid's expressions. It seems to have just made Bow Kid's eyes completely reset, even if they shouldn't.

Another Hotfix!
Found out that Bow Kid also sometimes still had her eyes permanently closed unless certain expressions were made. Hopefully fixed that, too!
