v2.0 "The Soviet Union" update

The main cause for the update was to eradicate the post-1950 emblems and unify the contents of my CoA and flag mods:
- new emblem for communist Afghanistan (based on 1929 design instead of 1980s design)
- new emblem for fascist Argentina (based on 1938 design from Nazi rally in Buenos Aires)
- new fictional emblem for communist Australia
- new neutral Bahamas emblem
- communist Belgium emblem changed (again)
- new emblems for fascist (integralist), democratic and communist Brazil
- communist Cyprus added
- new communist and democratic emblems for Ethiopia (no more modern emblems from 1980s or 1990s)
- new emblem for communist Italy (will be the same as in the flag mod - no more party logo)
- new emblems for Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan (based on pre-Soviet flags of Bukhra, Kokand, Khiva, Alash Orda as well as Turkic/Uyghur/Mongol banners used in Turkestan before the Russians annexed these territories)
- new emblem for Namibia (no more 1990s design)
- new design for Mengjiang emblems
- "Malaysia" got the new three-in-one emblem to signify that "MAL" tag in the game represents three separate states from the real world: "Federated Malay States", "Kingdom of Sarawak" and "Strait Settlements" AKA "British Malaya"
- few minor bug fixes

v1.91

New emblem for fascist Haiti.

Changed emblems:
- fascist Canada (should feel less like a party logo and more like an actual country emblem)
- communist China (hammer and sickle will now be of 1934 shape and not 1951 shape)
- communist Great Britain (should feel less like a party logo and more like an actual country emblem)
- communist Dominican Republic and Haiti will use the american communist emblem instead of generic communist
- new communist Persia emblem (less pixelated hopefully)
- new communist Saudi emblem (rounded instead of square)
- new mashup fascist Saudi emblem (seal of Muhammad is no more an emblem)
