Fixed bug where the config to give Ralsei items upon spawning didn't work.
Separated the config to give Ralsei items upon spawning into 3 seperate options.

An attempt to fix a bug where Ralsei's nightvision would randomly deactivate.
Default Green Hat stats are now:
Heal 10 hp and remove 5 hunger and 5 sanity every 20 seconds (until at 75% or more health)
