Added unique textures for the CSS defuser bags bodygroup per variation, and made backpacks more consistent with body textures.

Technical model improvements, remade the C_hands textures due to losing the original sources.

Re-imported all textures using VTEX instead of VTFEdit, due to the latter not having Valves mipmap method available to use, this should make all the textures less blurry and much more sharp, and have the textures all visually consistent at a distance.

Texture assets ive lost the sources to, i remade the textures for them so some stuff might be different looking.

i also added one additional bodygroup, the defuse toolbag from CSS as a belt bodygroup because it fits well, ill probably add specific textures per variation at a later date.

Rebuilt/Redesigned the Super Soldier and Snow PMCs respectively.

i lost the original texture sources as i made them before i backed things up well so i remade the Super Soldier and redesigned the Snow PMCs.

I also added $Halflambert to the FP arm materials.

Overlooked a small thing on Helmet_03_goggles_up on accident.

Merged all useless vertices on the helmet bodygroups and added $nocull to all the "band" vmts, as the original mesh used double the verts on both sides of the helmet straps and added a lot of extra polygons on all the helmets that were not needed, this also should fix all the shading issues on the helmet straps at last and save some space and generally more optimized.

Updated Super Soldier facemap and face normalmap, replaced Rustys texture with my own edit made to be more consistent with the other variations faces.

Added two additional variations of gasmask_01, comes with assorted NPC bodygroups.
