Surprise, new bodygroup, the HL2 rebel beanie with Rustys texture for it, with NPC bodygroup variations, not fitted to everything.

Im surprised it didnt occur to me sooner since it fits rather well with the rest of the assets.

Hexed materials so now you can use other packs that use PMC pack assets and prevent incompatible/overriding textures, sadly reskins wont work anymore without changing the material directory now.

also corrected the SAS beret, using the wrong texture, whoops.

Brought back the legacy berets with minor UV fixes, for the custom PMC variations i remade the textures for them from scratch.

Added back DX8 support.

Removed DX7 and DX8 files and thus support.

While DX7 files were useless, DX8 is still supported in gmod but are no longer allowed on the uploading whitelist, this forces my hand to remove these files as much as i really do not want to.

Fixed smoothing errors on various bodygroups, mainly the helmets, so no more weird shading on them.

Replaced the old beret mesh with a completely different one made by LTCommander, i made the textures myself based on the original beret colors, comes with assorted NPC versions of the bodygroups.

Also updated the NPC icons that used the old beret in the images and thumbnail, workshop page screenshots i might do later.

Added a simple icon for the NPC catagory because gmod lets you add those now.

Remade the balaclava and FP glove normalmap, mainly because i found a better way to do it.
