Added experimental Sonar Controlled Railgun. Potentially fixed Seamoth loading in wrong when docked, possibly due to old version of a door subassembly.

Moved Engine Room Junction Boxes down to AI reachable levels. Added indicator lights to indicate what the airlocks are doing. Labelled the Airlock buttons. Made some minor layout changes.
