Redid waypoints, adjusted neutral ballast level, sorted inventory and bumped up initial stock of fuels and meds, adjusted position of junction box slightly, set reactor to start on. Also make it a T3 sub.

Shifted the airlock up slightly to make more space between hatches when docking.

Updated the bell with the scout class and 2750 price. Also changed the power min on a lamp I forgot to wire up so it would actually light up.
