-Changed names of the pilot outfit items to have a [SLR] prefix.
-Changed the textures of helicopter pilot helmets to have higher res. (makes the symbols on the back look better)
-Added a Luftwaffe beret with its insignia (might do a version with the same colour but without the emblem if people will want it.)
