Updated for the latest game version.

- The update originally for two updates ago finally uploaded properly

- Me trying to get the in-game updater to work and having it not work the second time

- Cleaned up unnecessary code so modders using it as an example don't add in unnecessary bits.

- This update ended up doing nothing

The update that actually made it truly do anything edition

Changes:

- Clown is now selectable on the job menu at round start
- Clown now functions as intended
- Reduced lag on Clown's Side-B

- Hey there's an actual clown on board this time, for realsies

- Nope

- Perhaps if I do this it'll work
