Corvette Begins at 1k PCU, Aggressive Corvette, 1.5k

#Mining Guild Planetary & Space:
Relays begin Deployment at 700 PCU.
Supply Caches begin at 10 PCU, and end at 400 PCU
Enforcement begins at 450 PCU.
