Smol texture fix

Lets try this again~~

- Fixed the million map dupe issues & missing textures.

- This should give a tonne of optimisations across the map for FPS for lower end PCs.

- Tidied up mass amounts of files. This project itself has gone from 3gb to 1.7gb without losing anything on the map itself.

- Fixed 80% of the overspawning issues that came with last patch, all across Highgarden, Dorne and the oceans from mid-Westeros south. There will still be some slight issues still on my end with some of Marnii's animals in Dorne, but no where near the game breaking amount of last time.

- Added new caves to some of the places I never finished.

- It now actually snows in the north rather than rains, finally

If there are major issues/breaks I'll fix them
I can't say if I will do another patch, I have a new PC since the last time I worked on this project which made it less insufferable~

Patch was a bit scuffy- reverting and will fix within 24 hours.

Surprise, a patch.

- This should give a tonne of optimisations across the map for FPS for lower end PCs.
