By default the mod loot tables have been altered and will wrecked junk will NOT drop items that are exclusive to the caves and ruins (thulecite, green gems, and yellow gems).
Configurable back to 'cave ruins' loot table

Clockworks are likewise configurable
back to 'cave ruins' loot table
or to 'normal surface' loot table to drop only gears (and purple gem from bishop)
