-implemented a timer which limits the jump sounds when you spam jump key

-added jumping sound wich will play after this command is set into console: player_dinosaur_sounds_jump 1

-added custom viewheight which you are able to disable in case you don't want it

-slightly improved the way footsteps are handled in multiplayer (your footsteps would play twice at a time in multiplayer. Fixed partially, now your footsteps don't play twice, but you can still hear other players emit footsteps twice)
