added the ability to toggle on and off sound effects (pain and footsteps)

-fixed most normal maps having the green channel flipped making the material look weird (this has fixed cartoon raptor having very obvious texture seams)
-improvements to coloring

-viewhand skins match selected playermodel skin
-made different weapon hold pose used for revolver, smg and tool gun
-made sidestep animation (walking sideways)
-reanimated gmod default dance
