All png get compressed reducing size by 90MB!

- Aegis riposte now have constant cooldown 2 rds
- bird of prey no longer apply +15% dmg at lvl 5
- Skills have constant dmg and crit instant buff along all 5 lvls
- all Instant buffs for stats now have .duration 1
