* Added firstperson mode to defibrillating and new client convar cl_l4d2_defib_body_camera
* Fixed firstperson cameras and some multiplayer issues:

  • Reviver becoming invisible when finishing defibrillator on someone else.
  • Fixed weapon still being visible when getting up.

* Added a few new features

  • Hurt sounds on death from L4D2! Toggleable for server to enable/disable. Editable for client to choose which character.
  • First-person death attached to body! (CVAR-Changeable)
