Swapped most non-lord spells to lord spell slots on Slann.
Swapped most non-lord spells to lord spells on all other lords.

Note to self: You need to check your work. You used the laziest method possible.

Moved Teclis' Lore of Heavens tree to Tier 4, indent 18-25.
Greater Arcane Conduit was not ticked off as visible in UI. Corrected. Teclis should now be able to access his personal capstone for those also using LL, LL.
