Offensive runes moved over to the magic wheel. There may be 8 ability slots on the non-magic wheel, but I'm not willing to make (Master) Rune of Negation into passives.
All runes have 1 WoM cost, which is a somewhat acceptable workaround for the time being.

Runelords:
Removed skill locks. (May be temporary)
Rune of Oath and Steel (and Master version) are now passives.
Forgefire provides a minor regeneration effect over a wide area, in addition to its normal effects.
Rune of Hearth and Home provides a moderate regeneration effect over a smaller area and might even make some dwarfs get up over the course of a battle.
Removed Foe-Seeker from Rune of Fury.
Slightly retuned Runelord/smith ancilliary rune effects to account for the MA/MD obtainable from the "defensive" rune tree.
Added Imbues Magic Attack to Rune of Doom.
Moved Damping to row 4 with the rest of the miscellaneous Runelord skills. Compatibility with other common skill tree mods should now be full.

Added:
New Runelord combat runes from the TT sourcebooks and a long-dead Runelord mod, now revived:

Rune of Air: Essentially a bound version of Chain Lightning (Was Urranon's Thunderbolt, which was nearly useless)
Run of Earth: As above, but Crack's Call.
Rune of Fire: As with the previous two, but Flame Storm.
Rune of Water: A custom AoE debuff designed to reduce enemy speed and melee attack significantly. Works wonders equally against Urki and Grobbi scum. (Was previously 33% smaller, only affected non-charge speed, and barely at that)
Rune of Doom: The fabled and ultimate rune, that few Runelords had access to in the dying days of the Warhammer world, this rune confers upon the entire army 25% melee damage, 30 melee attack, and the ability to cause fear in the foe. Perfect for traditionalists who are wary of newfangled gunpowder contraptions!
