Forgot to lock playmat after last change. Fixed.
Fixed strange problem with TTS not being able to create and resize the custom tokens of the Tower front panels.

Minor Update:
- Face down cards do not fall through player boards anymore.
- Engineer cards do not fall through player boards anymore. Face up or down.
- Crude fix to playmat; Added numbers and rotated half of the text upside down to be readable on the other side of the table.

Added submerged ruler on the backside of navigation ruler. Fixed ruler size to better match the map size. Now navigation using the rulers is theoretically possible.
