Fixed geysers not marking themselves as fully cracked when loading a save.

Added config options:
- Max Cracking: The maximum performance of a geyser, as a multiple of the base maximum.
- Min Per Crack: The minimum performance increase after each cracking errand.
- Max Per Crack: The maximum performance increase after each cracking errand.
- KG Per Crack: The amount of Sulfur to use (in kg) for each errand.
