*Crucial choice for two USSR national focuses. Paradox have created two national focuses, each 70 days long, that happen together in december 1936. While I felt it was more important for the Stalin Constituion to be closer to the historical date rather than de CPDI had to be, dates are dates. I have changed my opinion. Then it will match better if the Constitution is completed before the PCDI.
