SOUND ENHANCEMENTS:
90% of speeches have been improved in terms of audio quality, sometimes greatly, sometimes just a bit. Generally:
Noise have been reduced,
Saturation have been reduced,
Global sound level have been increased,
Sound level have been harmonized a bit between speeches,
Sound level of several too loud claps have been diminished.

*For a couple of speeches, I was not able to do anything (for example the one of Hirohito's surrender).

LOCALISATION:
